CENTERED COLLECTIVE

Our center is a place that exists just beyond our comfort zone but still within our capability. It helps us take on the stresses of meaningful work without breaking down from it. In this collective we practice the skill of self-care so we can respond to stress in a way that helps us grow and feel strong.

This is for…

  • people giving themselves to their business, family, project, or any other meaningful pursuit and wanting to take care of themselves in the process

  • people working hard on their passion but don’t want to burn out, breakdown, or get beaten up by the work

  • entrepreneurs, artists, parents, athletes, care-givers, professionals, leaders, and anyone else doing meaningful work

  • building a healthy relationship to stress and the body

  • a somatic approach to self-care to feel and perform well

  • a space to gain and give support to others walking a similar path

This is not…

  • focused on outward appearance, (although it might be a side effect it’s not the primary goal)

  • a competitive space

  • a replacement for personalized injury rehabilitation

  • individualized coaching

Workshop

The keys to sustainable work are some tools and practices. This is where we will share important theory that will help you level up your meaningful work. Each month’s workshop will have a theme that will inform the practice that will follow.

Guided Practice

Theory is just information unless it’s put into practice. Whatever tools, mindsets, and practices we learn about in the workshop will be put into practice during these sessions. The goal will be to embody the information to perform from your center.

Library

Each guided practice will be recorded and stored in a library where members will have full time access. This will allow your practice to continue beyond the scheduled sessions we meet in group.
