    Stress, emotions, nerves, muscles, and more, all live within the fascia. Skillfully stretching this part of the body can have a powerful impact on all of it. From our physical posture to the state of the nervous system. Tightness in this tissue can be cause for alarm and keep us overly vigilant. Counter to that, releasing our fascia can bring a sense of calm and ease to our entire being.



  • ELDOA

    A powerful method to create space at the different joints of our body. When we lose space in the body it can get cranky and guarded. These postures were created by a famous Osteopath named Guy Voyer. They are incredibly healing and liberating to help improve how we feel, move, and function. These exercises can leave you feeling a greater sense of ease and freedom throughout the body.


  • BREATHWORK

    Some refer to the breath as the language of the nervous system. That nervous system is always listening, whether we’re conscious of our breath or not. We live in fight-flight or rest-digest depending on how we’re breathing. We can use this to our advantage and skillfully use the breath to impact our state.

    Ryan created this practice heavily influenced by his education as a fully certified Osteopath. You will experience the osteopathic approach within each protocol. The body is an interconnected unit that has the amazing capacity to heal itself. It just needs the right inputs. That’s the aim of this practice.

We’re meant to be relaxed most of the time, yet somewhere we learned that harder was better. Our biology disagrees.

So how do we relax?

We learn to speak the language of our nervous system to gain it’s trust.

Practicing the way we move, breathe, and mindfully engage with our body.
