    SKILLED TENSION

    A way to deepen a stretch involving fascia of the arm.

    This can be useful to relieve issues in the wrist, elbow, or shoulders, often time even helping with the neck as well.

    A good way to practice:

    Bring skilled tension into the arm and hold for 60 seconds. Repeat on both sides. Apply this to any ELDOAs or myofascial stretches.
